The Power of Good Communication

However, even the best ideas can struggle to make it past the board room which is where my team comes in. As Communication Design Manager for North America, I help my colleagues make connections, translate jargon into meaning, present their work, and get buy-in from executive leadership, ensuring more customers get to experience those delightful “how did I ever live without this” moments.

Most of the work created on this team is under NDA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and development of frameworks that bring to life customer driven research, insights, and implementation plans.

  • Writing briefs for the development of digital and physical products and services.

  • Strategy, development and execution of communication devices including videos, infographics, posters, journey maps, audio stories, digital presentations, and naming conventions.

  • Creating communication standards and systems.

  • Upskilling our interdisciplinary team in communication design and presentation techniques.

  • Member of the HCD leadership team:

    • Developing objectives and key results 

    • Organizing and hosting team meetings

    • Building team culture
